Access lists are used to manage authorization in Cyber Publisher. Access lists are lists of roles that can be applied to objects such as content pages to determine if a user is allowed access to a particular resource. Users are assigned to roles, and roles are assigned to access lists. Examples of access lists are Sales Reports, HR Pages, P&L Budgets etc.
To create an access list, go to Security > Access Lists in the admin navigation menu and click Create a New Access List. Give the access list a name and click the Create Access List button.
In the list of access lists, click the Delete button to delete an access list.
